Cooperative Insights recently expanded its research services to offer American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) scores and Net Promoter Scores℠ (NPS®) to all qualifying cooperatives through new strategic partnerships with the authorized managers of these proprietary metrics. The metrics provide cooperatives with important context and benchmarks for measuring member loyalty and satisfaction against national averages.

The scores for the listed cooperatives were provided through Cooperative Insights’ score-provision services. Net Promoter Scores are now available to all cooperatives, and ACSI scores to qualifying cooperatives, through Cooperative Insights.
