Quantitative Cooperative Difference Survey An annual exploration into members’ opinions about the cooperative difference, cooperative performance and emerging industry trends. ACSI score included for Touchstone Energy cooperatives.

Quantitative Member Satisfaction Tracking Survey Ongoing tracking of members’ satisfaction with their cooperative, as well as with specific co-op interactions.

Qualitative Co-op Member Forums A facilitated online focus group that provides a deeper level of member feedback on the issues of your choice. Great for gaining feedback on websites, advertisements, bill designs or other creative materials.

Quantitative Broadband Satisfaction Survey Find out what your co-op’s broadband subscribers think of their new service. Touchstone Energy cooperatives can earn a broadband ACSI score to compare against electric cooperative scores.

Multi-Cooperative Forum with Friends A Forum with Friends enables 2-3 cooperatives to work together to gather feedback from members on emerging trends and topics impacting cooperative business strategy. Here are the top three reasons to consider this qualitative research offering.
