Interactive Dashboard Now Live

Participants in the Member Satisfaction Tracking Survey (MSTS) now have a new resource to explore results and turn insights into action: an interactive dashboard.

This online dashboard complements existing MSTS deliverables by moving beyond static reports and into more dynamic data exploration. At a glance, users can view key indicators and apply filters across verbatim responses and categories such as key performance attributes – including bill amount, satisfaction ratings, tenure with the cooperative, and how respondents identify (member, owner, or customer) – to uncover meaningful patterns and insights.

“One real benefit of the dashboard is the ability to apply filters that highlight differences across subsets of your members,” said Lorrie Kristof, Senior Analyst at Cooperative Insights. “For example, how are members with high bills rating satisfaction? What common themes exist in verbatims for members who are considered NPS℠ Detractors? Do age and tenure have an impact on trust in the cooperative?”

These views help provide additional context for understanding member perceptions and identifying areas of strength and opportunity.

“We are thrilled to introduce this new resource for our cooperative partners,” said Lindsey Davis, Director of Market Research with Cooperative Insights. “MSTS provides a wealth of information about how members perceive their cooperative, and this tool makes it easy to dig deeper into the data and come away with a broader understanding of the factors that influence satisfaction.”

To introduce the dashboard and its capabilities, Cooperative Insights will host a webinar on June 17. The session will walk through the dashboard’s features and how cooperatives can use them to support analysis, deepen understanding and guide decision-making.

Wednesday, June 17, 2026
1-1:45 p.m. ET

The webinar is a fit for co-op employees in roles that impact member satisfaction and are interested in better understanding the factors that impact it. It is open to all cooperatives, including those not currently participating in MSTS.

About MSTS

The Member Satisfaction Tracking Survey (MSTS) is a benchmarking research program designed specifically for electric cooperatives. It provides participating co-ops with personalized service and insights into member satisfaction, loyalty, and perceptions across key service touchpoints – helping cooperatives understand member experiences and where to focus efforts to strengthen trust and engagement.

Close to 50 cooperatives nationwide use MSTS data to inform strategy, prioritize investments and enhance service to members.
