Cooperative Insights has strategic partnerships with the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) and Net Promoter Score℠ (NPS®) organization and is now offering these scores to all interested, qualifying cooperatives. Augmenting insights in survey results, these metrics provide cooperatives with richer context and benchmarks for measuring member loyalty and satisfaction against national averages. 

The scores for the listed cooperatives were provided through Cooperative Insights’ score-provision services. Net Promoter Scores are now available to all cooperatives, and ACSI scores to qualifying cooperatives, through Cooperative Insights.
