Online Focus Group Testimonial Speaks Volumes

Recently, Megan Noe with Pioneer Utility Resources, interviewed Middle Tennessee Electric Co-op Community Relations Coordinator, Jay Sanders about their cooperatives’ Co-op Community Forum administered by TSE Services. He explains how the co-op’s new community forum helps them engage younger members and better serve their community. Within the first week of Middle Tennessee’s Forum, they were able to immediately address outstanding member issues that otherwise would have gone unknown.
