Rate Change Ahead? Read This!

Cooperative Insights recently partnered with Touchstone Energy® on a first-of-its-kind topic for our qualitative studies: member communication regarding electric rates.

The forum shed light on aspects ranging from what members consider to be moderate and large increases, to awareness of rate options, and what information and timing is most preferred in communicating a rate adjustment. The results show that good communication is key, and the report provides insights into how members want to receive rate change information, as well as how they remember getting that information in the past.
