Brian Zeidner
Claverack Rural Electric Cooperative
Director of Member Services
Brian has served as the Member Services Director for Claverack Rural Electric Cooperative for the past 18 years. He his wife Pat own and operate a 42-acre beef farm in Sugar Run, Pennsylvania. Besides working for the Cooperative, Brian serves on the NRECA Distributed Energy Resources Member Advisory Group, is the Co-chair of the Northern Tier Industry and Education Consortium and is a United States Air Force veteran. He holds degrees in Business, Management and Economics and Construction Technology.

Senior Data Analyst
Lorrie is a data analyst at Cooperative Insights, partnering with electric cooperatives across the nation to track member satisfaction. With more than 20 years of experience working in, and teaching statistics, she provides data analytics support to co-ops through various market research services. Lorrie is skilled in forecasting, data mining, data analysis, text analytics and reporting using SAS and R.
