The 2026 Member Engagement Summit brought nearly 100 electric cooperative communication, marketing and member service professionals to Raleigh for two days of learning, conversation and connection. Attendees exchanged ideas, explored the latest research and considered new approaches to the issues shaping member engagement today and in the future.
